On September 03, 2024 at 08:18 PM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing slowness while accessing newly created Pelican Subscriptions. Once the issue was resolved on September 03, 2024 at 09:26 PM PDT, customers were able to access newly created Pelican Subscriptions. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
