Summary
On July 10, 2024 between 5:35 PM PDT and 6:45 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) in the Australia region.

Impacted Services

  • Customers using Autodesk Build, Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Takeoff and Cost in the Australia region were unable to upload files.

Root Cause

  • A database change to ACC as part of normal improvements was not deployed properly when it was applied to the Australia region, resulting in customer file upload errors.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Improve the database change review process.
  • Set up additional automated testing for the Australia region.

We are continuing to investigate an issue where customers are unable to upload files in the Autodesk Build for Australia region. We subsequently determined that this issue is also affecting APS - Data Management (Australia), Autodesk Docs (Australia), ACC Cost Management (Australia) and Autodesk Takeoff (Australia). We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
