On February 10, 2026, at 12:30 PM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing intermittent access issues in BIM Collaborate and BIM Collaborate Pro in Australia region. The issue was resolved on February 10, 2026, at 02:15 PM PST, BIM Collaborate and BIM Collaborate Pro in Australia region returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
