Incident Report for Autodesk Health Dashboard

On September 3, 2024 at 09:34 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to add members to existing projects or create new projects in ACC Admin Console. We subsequently determined that the cause of this issue was also affecting Autodesk Build, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360 Design Collaboration. Once the issue was resolved on September 3, 2024 at 09:44 AM PDT, all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
