Summary
On April 7, 2025 between 10:19 AM PDT and 11:36 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers attempting to log into TradeTapp.

Impacted Services

  • Customers were unable to log into TradeTapp. This issue did not affect customers who were already logged in.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by an error in the deployment process that occurred during a routine update. A rollback was performed and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improvements to deployment processes, including additional automated and manual checks.

Resolved

On April 07, 2025, at 10:19 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were intermittently unable to access TradeTapp in the US region. Once the issue was resolved on April 07, 2025, at 10:45 AM, PDT all services returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
