Resolved

On May 18, 2025, at 08:30 PM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to access, view and save packages within Autodesk BIM Collaborate in the US region. Once the issue was resolved on May 19, 2025, at 01:41 AM PDT, Autodesk BIM Collaborate returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
