Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a redirect error. An update was made and service returned to normal operation once cache was refreshed.

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implemented error handling and monitoring improvements to mitigate the issue from occurring in the future.
