Root Cause

  • There was an unexpected change in an internal API that prevented the Autodesk support team from accessing customer Flow Production Tracking sites to investigate and provide support for reported customer issues.
  • The Flow Production Tracking team wrote a fix to adapt to the internal API change.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. To improve reliability for site access, we are doing the following:

  • Eliminate unnecessary API calls to optimize authentication in the future.

Resolved

On March 03, 2025 at 08:07 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where Flow Production Tracking (FPTR) was facing downtime in providing immediate support for customers. Once the issue was resolved on March 10, 2025 at 03:00 AM PDT, Flow Production Tracking (FPTR) returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
