Investigating
We are investigating reports of customers experiencing an issue where customers are unable to login to their Autodesk products after renewing subscriptions. Moreover, Admins are unable to access user management tab in account portal. Issue is currently effecting the Australian region. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
