Incident Report for Autodesk Health Dashboard

Resolved

On February 20, 2025 at 10:46 AM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing latency while accessing ACC Admin Console in the European Union region. Once the issue was resolved on February 20, 2025 at 11:01 AM PST, ACC Admin Console returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
