We have identified that this issue is limited to a subset of customers in New Zealand that are unable to access Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) products. Our team is actively working on resolving this as quickly as possible.

Update
We are continuing to investigate where customers are unable to access Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk Build in the Australia region. We have subsequently determined that this issue is also affecting Autodesk BIM Collaborate and Autodesk Docs. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
