‌Summary
On September 6, 2024, between 06:49 AM PDT and 08:24 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers using BIM 360 Glue.

‌‌Impacted Services

Customers who signed into BIM 360 Glue during the incident were unable to list projects.

‌

‌‌Root Cause

A configuration change to address an unrelated problem, inadvertently impacted an API for accessing the BIM 360 Glue project list.
A rollback was implemented to reverse the configuration change, and the issue was resolved.

‌Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

Implement a policy update, requiring approval for Glue API configuration changes.

Resolved

On September 06, 2024 at 6:49 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to access projects on BIM 360 Glue in the European Union region. Once the issue was resolved on September 06, 2024 at 08:24 AM PDT, BIM 360 Glue returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
