On January 28, 2026, at 08:35 AM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing latency while downloading files in Autodesk Docs and BIM 360 Docs in the European Union region. The issue was resolved on January 28, 2026, at 09:15 AM PST, and all products returned to normal operation.
