We have identified the cause of the issue where customers are unable to log a support case using 'Ask the Assistant' feature Via https://www.autodesk.com/support. As a workaround, Customers can log a case via https://www.autodesk.com/support/contact-support. Our team is actively working on resolving this as quickly as possible. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
