Resolved

We determined that this issue was limited to the Education portal (https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview). The Autodesk Account portal was not affected. The issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this issue.

Investigating

We are investigating reports of customers experiencing an issue where they are unable to create a new education profile, renew a license and unable to add a new subscription to the account within the Education portal. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
