Summary
Between April 16, 2025 at 5:40 AM PDT and April 20, 2025 at 6:30 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers using the Schedule tool in Autodesk Build in the US, European Union, and Australia regions.

Impacted Services

  • Customers using the Schedule tool in Autodesk Build were unable to access schedules and plans.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a recent change that inadvertently impacted permissions to access schedules and plans.
  • A rollback was performed and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improvements in testing to detect permission-related issues in the future.
  • Improve alerting processes to help detect and mitigate issues sooner.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where customers are unable to view and retrieve the data while using ACC Scheduling in Autodesk Build. We are actively looking into this, and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
