On May 2, 2025 Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing issues with the photo upload capability when filling out checklists through a web browser in Fusion Operations. The issue started on March 26, 2025 at 4:30 PM PDT and was resolved on May 7, 2025, at 3:30 AM PDT.
