Summary
On February 3, 2025, between 02:04 PM PST and 03:06 PM PST, an Autodesk service outage
impacted customers using APS-AEC Data Model APIs in the European Union region.

Impacted Services

  • APS-AEC Data Model APIs in the European Union (EU) region were unavailable.

Root Cause

  • A stale instance in the EU region went down. This instance was dependent on a sidecar
    image that could not be restarted.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be
taken. These include the following:

  • Increase production deployment frequency.
  • Update Dashboard Service probe frequency.
  • Additional Splunk integration.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where customers are unable to access AEC Data Model API in the European Union region. We are actively looking into this, and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
