Update
We are investigating an issue where customers are unable to view project/account member subscriptions in Autodesk Build and ACC Admin Console in the US region. We have subsequently determined that this is also impacting the loading of files and dashboard on ACC Insight in the US region. We are actively looking into this and will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
