Summary
On March 20, 2025 between 4:53 AM PDT and 9:10 AM PDT, Autodesk customers were not able to access hubs and projects in Autodesk Fusion and Autodesk Drive.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a significant increase in resource consumption that was required to serve requests, resulting in degraded performance.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implemented additional automated controls to ensure resource consumption stays within required limits.

Monitoring

We have implemented a solution to resolve the earlier incident where customers were unable to log in to multiple Autodesk products in the US region. Public sharing for Fusion data is currently disabled, and we are working to re-enable this functionality. Our team is actively monitoring the situation.
