Summary
Between April 16, 2024 at 10:00 PM PDT and April 23, 2024 at 12:35 PM PDT, customer-configured scheduled publishing was not executing within BIM 360 Design Collaboration and Autodesk Construction Cloud in the US and European Union regions.

Impacted Services

  • Customers using Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 were unable to access the latest published Revit Cloud Worksharing models due to the lack of execution of scheduled publish events.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a recently deployed code change in Document Management, which is used by the Design Collaboration schedule publish functionality.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Improvements to monitoring and alerts on failed schedule publish events in Design Collaboration.
  • Improvements to pre-deployment test suite to identify similar issues.
