Summary
Between October 13, 2025 at 6:12 PM PDT and October 14, 2025 at 5:43 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue impacting customers trying to import and open designs with AnyCAD translation in Fusion.

Impacted Services

  • Fusion (AnyCAD translation)

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a recent deployment of the AnyCAD service responsible for translations, inadvertently creating a problem with an internal library and causing translations to start failing.
  • The deployment was rolled back and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Review and enhance deployment processes to mitigate similar issues from occurring in the future.
  • Implement monitoring enhancements to detect potential issues earlier to expedite resolution.
