The issue where users received the message "Unable to complete operation" when opening a file is resolved now.

Update
Current status: Service Degradation. Fusion 360 is experiencing problems exporting to different file formats. You may also experience the message "We're untangling some wires" within Fusion 360, and experience "Unable to complete operation" when opening a File. If you do experience this message, keep retrying to open the file.
