Update
We are continuing to investigate an issue where customers are intermittently experiencing collaboration issues within projects when accessing features to 'get', 'share' and 'consume' work packages in BIM 360 Design Collaboration in the US region. We are actively looking into this and will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if more information becomes available.
