Summary
On April 23, 2025, between 9:19 PM PDT and 9:34 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service disruption that impacted customers using multiple Autodesk products in the US and European Union regions. As a result, customers may not have been able to log in or perform file and project operations during this time.

Root Cause

The service disruption was caused by a change that inadvertently resulted in failures within the Identity Authorization Service.
The change was rolled back and services returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

Implement improvements in testing processes and procedures to mitigate the issue from recurring.
Implement additional monitoring to detect these types of failures in the future.

Resolved

On April 23, 2025 at 09:19 PM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced intermittent failures while accessing multiple Autodesk Products in the US and European Union regions. Once the issue was resolved on April 23, 2025 at 09:34 PM PDT, all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
