Summary
Between March 21, 2025 at 8:00 AM PDT and March 24, 2025 at 7:01 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers using BIM 360 Model Coordination.

Impacted Services

  • Customers were unable to open some models within clash-off coordination spaces in BIM 360 Model Coordination.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a change in the endpoint used to fetch models in clash-off coordination spaces within Model Coordination, which resulted in some model data being omitted from the returned results.
  • A rollback was performed and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improved testing and visual monitoring to validate the correct number of models are available after future changes.
