Root Cause

  • Users encountered login issues due to timeout errors.
  • High CPU usage was observed in the project's API membership database which resulted in login issues.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Analyze and optimize database settings to mitigate issues in the future.
  • Implement plan to enable PlanGrid customers to authenticate through Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where Customers are facing latency, intermittent login issues and are unable to view the projects In Plangrid, PlanGrid Admin Console and Autodesk Build. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
