Incident Report for Autodesk Health Dashboard

Resolved

On July 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to access Large Model Viewer (LMV) on Fusion Team. The issue was resolved by 10:45 PM PDT, and Fusion team returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time.
