Root Cause

  • A new component for improving observability was incompatible with the existing infrastructure.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Ensure observability component is not on the critical path of the application.
  • Improvements to anomaly detection.
