Summary
On April 10, 2025 between 3:46 PM PDT and 4:10 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers managing projects using BIM 360 Insight and BIM 360 Project Home in the European Union region.

  • BIM 360 Insight and BIM 360 Project Home in the European Union region

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a recent deployment that inadvertently introduced two versions of the application. A version was removed and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improvements to alerting processes to quickly escalate post-deployment issues in the future.

Resolved

On April 10, 2025 at 03:46 PM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to manage projects in BIM 360 Project Home and BIM 360 Insight in the European Union region. Once the issue was resolved on April 10, 202 at 04:10 PM PDT, all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
