Summary
On November 8, 2025, between 09:14 AM PST and 09:42 AM PST, Autodesk experienced a service disruption that impacted customers using Autodesk Platform Services.

Root Cause
The issue was caused by a hardware fault in a core component of our Cloud Service provider’s infrastructure. This led to unexpected networking behavior that impacted inter-system communication for a small percentage of the traffic. Automated monitoring and alerting assisted in the detection and auto remediation of this issue.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • To further enhance network stability and prevent future occurrences, our Cloud service provider is implementing more robust network monitoring and diagnostic measures and collaborating closely with their network equipment partners to deeply analyze the root cause of the recent issue and to strengthen the resilience of underlying infrastructure.
  • Autodesk will continue to closely work with its service providers in providing additional resiliency for our services.

Resolved

On November 8, 2025 at 9:14 AM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customer were unable to access APS - Webhooks. Once the issue was resolved on November 8, 2025 at 9:42 AM PST, APS - Webhooks returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
