Root Cause

  • An incompatibility issue with software libraries caused errors that prevented customers from accessing their files and folders.

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Autodesk has revised its process to prevent issues from recurring in the future.
