On December 09, 2024 at 5:54 PM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to access office files in Autodesk Docs in the US region. Once the issue was resolved on December 09, 2024 at 6:30 PM PST, Autodesk Docs returned to normal operation.
