Investigating

We are continuing to investigate that customers are unable to browse projects in BIM Collaborate Pro for Government through Revit's New Revit Home experience. As a workaround, please switch back to the classic browsing experience and continue your Revit Cloud Worksharing workflows. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

Monitoring

We have identified that customers are unable to access project models through the new homepage, which is part of a technical preview in Revit 2024.2 and 2025.1 versions. As a workaround, please switch back to the classic homepage to access your project models and continue your workflow in Revit worksharing component workflows in BIM Collaborate Pro for Government. We are implementing a potential solution to resolve the issue and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to address this.
