Summary
On June 30, 2025 between 1:30 AM PDT and 7:27 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers using Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models in the US, European Union, and Australia regions.

Impacted Services

  • Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models (2024.2 to 2025.1 versions only)

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a recent deployment in support of a future feature that inadvertently caused existing models to not display within the Technical Preview of Revit Home. This resulted in customers using the affected versions being unable to access their Revit models via their homepage.
  • The changes associated with this issue were rolled back and services returned to normal operation.

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement process improvements in regression tests of Technical Previews to mitigate the recurrence of the issue in the future.

Resolved

On June 30, 2025 at 01:30 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to access project models through the new homepage, which is part of a technical preview in Revit 2024.2 and 2025.1 versions impacting their workflow in Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models in the European Union and Australia regions. We subsequently determined that this is also impacting Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models in the US region. Once the issue was resolved on June 30, 2025 at 07:27 AM PDT, the new homepage of Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models is working as expected. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
