On July 22, 2025, at 1:26 PM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue that prevented customers from accessing multiple Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) services in the US region. The issue was resolved on July 22, 2025, at 1:49 PM PDT, and all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification because the incident did not appear on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at the time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
