Root Cause

• The ActiveMQ instance reached its connection limit.
• Both the classification trial and production services were using the same ActiveMQ instance.

‌

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

• Classification trial and classification production services, no longer to share the ActiveMQ instance.
  
• Create CloudWatch alarm for ActiveMQ production classification queue.
• Increase maximum number of CWS containers.
