On March 13, 2025, at 09:00 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing roles defaulting to 'Project member' when they had previously been set to 'Project administrator'. Once the issue was resolved on March 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM PDT, the ACC Admin Console returned to normal operation.
