We are continuing to work on resolving this issue where customers are unable to access projects in the ACC Admin Console in the European Union region. As a workaround, customers are requested to follow the below steps, 1. Sign out of your Autodesk Account via manage.autodesk.com. 2. Sign back into your Autodesk Account via profile.autodesk.com/personalinfo. 3. Make a small change under the Personal Information tab (e.g., the 'About me' section) and save it. We will provide an update within 2 hours or sooner if we have more information to share.
