  • ACC Admin Console, ACC AutoSpecs, ACC Cost Management, ACC Insight, ACC My Home, ACC Reports, ACC Specifications, Autodesk BIM Collaborate, Autodesk Build, Autodesk Construction Cloud Data Connector, Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Takeoff, BIM 360 Account Administration, BIM 360 Design Collaboration, BIM 360 Docs, BIM 360 Field Management, BIM 360 Model Coordination, and BuildingConnected.

Root Cause

  • A database experienced an increased task load which caused products to experience a performance degradation. In some cases, requests would also timeout and return an error.

Autodesk Actions

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Performance tuned the database configuration to handle increased task loads to quickly respond to queries.
  • Optimized database query performance to achieve greater efficiency and faster results.
