Summary
Between May 18, 2025 at 8:30 PM PDT and May 19, 2025 at 1:41 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers using BIM 360 Design Collaboration and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Design Collaboration in the US region.

Impacted Services

  • BIM 360 Design Collaboration
  • ACC Design Collaboration

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused when a significant database load occurred, which increased the latency of all requests to the database. This resulted in customers being unable to access, view, and save packages within BIM 360 Collaboration and ACC Design
    Collaboration.
  • The database capacity was increased and services returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Upgraded the database capacity to improve system performance and stability in the future.
