On May 14, 2025, between 2:30PM PDT and May 15, 2025, 1:55 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service disruption impacting customers’ ability to simulate models in Fusion.

Root Cause

  • A new concurrency limit implementation changed the behavior of job scheduling. This caused the disruption of the schedulers.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Rollback to unblock our customers.
  • Implementation of early detection mechanisms to assist in the prevention of impacts to customer workflows.
