Summary
On September 12, 2022 and September 13, 2022, Autodesk experienced a service degradation that impacted customers on the U.S. data center using the Issues tool within Autodesk Construction Cloud unified products and BIM 360.

Impacted Services
- The Issues tool was intermittently unavailable, and customers using Autodesk Construction Cloud unified products or BIM 360 may have experienced problems with viewing or updating issues.
Root Cause
- While in the process of a data migration, the Issues service became CPU bound resulting in failed API calls.
Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:
- Maintenance and cleaning up database records.
- Database optimizations.
- Enhancements to command processor and indexing to improve resiliency.
- Improvement to monitoring capabilities.
